Hi, it’s Khusbu! Coming from a Mass Communication & Journalism background to becoming a passionate Web3 Marketing Manager, my journey has been fueled by a passion for the art of Storytelling and Marketing. When my 9-6 IT role failed to fit my idea of progress, I decided to find new paths that align with my dreams, ambitions, and craft in 2020. This is when I found crypto. Seven months of grinding and learning about the crypto space while working my IT job, led me to refine my knowledge and conquer the once foreign and alienated realm of crypto. Not much later, the pandemic allowed me greater freedom and flexibility to sharpen my knowledge in crypto and finesse in effective marketing and storytelling techniques to establish a long-lasting personal bond with the community. My professional crypto journey kicked off in November 2020, quickly advancing from a Content Writer at Bloom360 Marketing Agency LLP to a Project Manager and later a Growth Manager. I immersed myself in marketing with a mission to do more than just promote; I aimed to create narratives that aligned with the project's essence, strategized customized community campaigns, crafted compelling copies & implemented data-driven marketing strategies. My expertise in storytelling and marketing naturally transitioned into executing innovative ideas for Web3 projects and evolved into a passion that saw me contributing to the narratives of ventures such as Eclipse Fi, Reef, Astra, Bluzelle, Portal & MANTRA. Having co-worked with 30+ leading global Web3 brands, I have built a great knowledge and understanding of the crypto space and its evolving narratives alongside building an array of skills and competencies in the fields of Marketing, Campaigns, and Content.
