Background

About Khushbu P.

I work at the intersection of product, engineering, and operations, focused on building systems that improve how decisions are made at scale. My background spans full-stack development to program leadership, which allows me to operate across both technical execution and strategic direction. Over time, this has shaped how I approach complex systems not just building them, but ensuring they deliver meaningful outcomes. Today, I lead product and program initiatives that span multiple platforms across a diverse product portfolio supporting close to 800 private clubs. I work closely with engineering teams, stakeholders, and partners to translate ambiguity into structured plans and scalable solutions. My recent focus has been on applying AI in real-world operational environments. Not as a trend, but as a tool to:Improve decision-makingReduce operational frictionEnable teams to operate with greater clarity and efficiency This includes designing frameworks for evaluating AI adoption, defining success metrics, understanding risk and failure tolerance, and enabling teams to adopt AI responsibly through practical workflows. I am particularly interested in:AI-driven decision systemsApplying AI to operational and business workflowsProduct strategy at scaleBuilding systems that balance automation with human judgment I believe the value of AI is not in replacing people, but in helping teams make better decisions with greater confidence and speed.
