About Khushbu Srivastava

With over 17 years of fundraising expertise, I have raised more than $40 million, helping nonprofits achieve transformative financial sustainability. Recent achievements include guiding a nonprofit through a three-year journey to build their development department. In 2024, I helped them exceed fundraising targets by 43%, raising $3.6 million, securing a six-month cash reserve, and ensuring operational funding until November 2025 with a surplus of over $5 million. Additionally, in 2024, I assisted another leading nonprofit in securing $1.5 million through a successful gala campaign, executed in just two months, by mobilizing their board to leverage corporate contacts. My work is built on a foundation of trust-based, equitable partnerships. I specialize in developing and executing multiyear, unrestricted fundraising strategies for major gifts, foundation support, and corporate partnerships. With a talent for conducting strategic fundraising audits, I identify and leverage each organization’s strengths to foster long-term growth. Fluent in English, French, and Hindi, I bring a global perspective to my work and believe deeply in the power of strategic resource mobilization to drive social change. Let’s connect if you are looking to grow your nonprofit’s revenue or need a seasoned strategist for your next high-impact fundraising project.
