About Khushbuddin Ansari

I believe in empowering the team and stakeholders, once they fall in love with the organization, they will lead. My career started as a trainer, with some junior colleagues on the Aircel Literacy Program, with Empower Pragati Vocational & Staffing Private Limited. I empower my colleagues and stakeholders. This is the best thing that happened to me I easily moved to a new program sponsored by DLF. A very true leader and my boss Mr. Arun Bhardwaj was aware of my skills and assigned me to this program. I made him feel proud making this program very successful as the donor was about to shut down the program. I met very innovative leaders here who worked with me and made me part of learning in both ways. This is the result of the trust of the true leader in me. The team and leaders who developed here are leading now big organizations. One NGO I joined one for a 2-month contract only to complete the assigned program by that time. It seemed to everyone very challenging to complete on time. The same team with the same resources hit the goal and the organization rejoiced in the success. The first big opportunity I had with AVTEG was to lead government projects in the states, and the one-line success story- I was honored with the Milkha Singh Award Certificate. The sincere love I always get from my seniors and colleagues. Leadership skills, program management, project management, strong interpersonal skills, strong communications, stakeholder management, government body’s strategic management, Strategic mobilization, placement, real-time recruitment, running ahead of client expectations, data collection, usage of CRM cloud, and many my other skills contributed in the successful completion of the assigned tasks. Worked with profit-making and non-profit organizations in development sectors, especially skill development, education, and recruitment. Throughout my life, I have learned the above skills to lead and manage a team and set examples as a true leader does.
