I often hear people call me ‘Big boss’ or ‘Boss lady’ starting with my father. One of the things I can effortlessly do is ‘get things done’ - the right way. My love affair with the web and with data started pretty young and the relationship has been going strong for 7 years now (and counting!) With the skill set to handle a team, understanding brands and consumers, I love digging into customer problems and solving them with modern tech. I create, scale and optimize business portfolios. Self learning and exploring has taught me the following about myself: I can successfully lead and scale business in revenue by- Keeping my focus on consumer and their experience with the digital product (s)- Having a risk taking attitude and executing all the growth experiments - Trusting my creative process while making sure the reasonings are backed by data I can align, lead, and grow best strategic/executive product teams by- Promoting independence at work - By questioning and communicating on simple logic (s) At the end of the day, my job involves people and helping my team win gives me one the best joys of life 'What next?' is the question I always ask myself and to drive myself to be a better person- I focus on making simple, goal oriented and high quality decisions - I believe in ‘learn by doing’ - I bake! Baking gives me the creative escape which in turn provides me with a fresh perspective I’m moldable but I still keep my creative flare intact while making sure I am getting things done.
