With over 8.5 years of experience in the power sector, I specialize in managing large-scale infrastructure projects under flagship government programs such as IPDS (Integrated Power Development Scheme) and DDUGJY (Deen Dayal Upadhaya Gram Jyoti Yojana). As a Senior Engineer, I have successfully overseen the quality of work executed by Turnkey Contractors (TKC), ensuring compliance with Rural Electrification Corporation (REC) guidelines and delivering projects on time and within budget. Currently, I am serving as a Project Manager for the State Load Dispatch Center (SLDC) and Asian Development Bank (ADB) projects in Sikkim. In this role, I am responsible for managing high-stakes power infrastructure initiatives, coordinating with multiple stakeholders, and ensuring the successful implementation of advanced power distribution and transmission systems. My technical expertise spans 132 kV, 66 kV, and 11 kV transmission lines, as well as switchyard operations, complemented by a strong focus on quality assurance, compliance, and project supervision.
