Khylah Settle joined the Annapolis, Church Circle office of Coldwell Banker Realty as a new agent in 2018. She quickly gained traction as she implemented systems and strategies that expanded her book of business. Within three years, Khylah joined the leadership team of Coldwell Banker Realty Mid-Atlantic as the Assistant Branch Vice President. Within two years, she was promoted to Branch Vice President of one of the top brokerages in the Mid-Atlantic where she is dedicated to educating, coaching, and empowering agents to realize their real estate aspirations. Khylah is a native Washingtonian born to Army Veteran parents. She graduated from Bowie State University in Bowie, MD with a B.S. in Communications. She is married to her husband Steve Settle Jr. They have three adult children, their son Steve Settle daughter Spencer Settle and youngest daughter Sloane Settle.
