I often like to say, I am in the business of people. I come from a background in life where relating to people in all walks of life and all backgrounds is important and essential to day to day survival, and it is necessary to know how to walk in someone else's shoe's. I make my companies better by improving relationships with them and their clients. Making sure operations are flowing smoothly and the most efficient way possible. Making sure proper guidelines are followed while seeing where we can become more efficient is a passion. An opportunity to investigate is an opportunity to learn and expand on experiences and knowledge. And whether I am leading a team of 10 or 110 I feel much better when my team is winning and working towards common goals. I landed this position by chance and have been in love ever since and the projects I have helped over see have set some major milestones in the company's I have worked with.
