Hi, my name is Khyra Banks. I've been in the customer success industry for over 5 years and have gained knowledge and expertise in client management, visualization, marketing, and reporting. During my freshman year of undergrad school, I finally figured out how to combine my love for people and sales. I had a great conversation with my professor who taught my fundamentals of communication class. He explained, I can have both aspects in one job and during that conversation everything began to click. I realized the multiple opportunities it brings and since then I've learned so much, gained many skills and I've had a wonderful experience with customer success. Since then, my passion for creating success for clients has grown tremendously and I am excited at the opportunity to further develop my skills in a new position.
