After 15+ years leading digital transformation, product and business development, and high-level roles across media, e-commerce, marketing, CEO - I followed a deeper calling. Today, I support people and organizations to release stress, regulate their energy, and reconnect with their deeper capacity for clarity, creativity, and resilience. I’m the founder of Shape Your Vibe, where I combine science and spirituality through Breathwork, energy work, coaching, and somatic practices. My work spans the physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual levels - helping individuals find more balance, and teams thrive with greater presence and wellbeing.
