These positions required me to communicate with 200+ people in person, via multiline telephone systems and various client software/operational systems. Having minored in Computer Science with experience in technical support, I possess great knowledge of IT in principle particularly in the Service Operation space, covering Service Desk, Incident Management, Problem Management and Knowledge Management. I take pride in my ability to identify problems, develop possible solution paths, and take the appropriate course of action. My experience in various fields allows me to effectively interpret inquiries and quickly identify elements that do and do not necessarily fall within my remits, all while dealing with them appropriately. I possess many self-motivating skills that allowed me to quicky gain experience in strong interpersonal skills that permit to communicate across a broad spectrum of users using my excellent oral, written and presentation communication skills. These skills will be very useful in this many fast-paced work environment, which I work best in! In addition to this experience, I am proficient in Microsoft Software, including excel. I believe my strong work ethic will also be a positive addition to ANY team. I am one to always finish tasks/projects on time as well as completing them to my best ability. I'm accustomed to overseeing processes, guiding initiatives and steering my peers toward the achievement of goals. I effectively and efficiently multitask, which is helpful in various environments.
