About Kiah Foenander

I’ve always had a passion for being helpful. I enjoy being the “go to” person within the workplace and at home and always aim to be the person you can count on. In inbound sales, I help build the relationship between the customer and the dealership. Purchasing a vehicle is the second biggest financial decision you will make and that can be daunting for some. This is where I come in. I will help the customers identify why they like the vehicle, and help decide and offer the extra things that can come into the process of purchasing a car (finance and trading in their current vehicle). Once decided I then create the path for them to come into the dealership and finally meet one on one with a brand specialist to help them take the next step of buying their new car. I have 10 minutes to build great rapport with a customer whereas a car salesman could have the whole day. I love a challenge. I am a quick learner and always eager to gain more skills to help the business or my team. Customer service, data entry, creating reports and training new employees are the main fields with my job that I enjoy the most and I have just completed my Certificate in Business and Administration to improve my abilities further.
