About Kian Patel

As a Lead Operations Consultant at Newton Europe, I specialise in delivering integrated transformation programmes that combine Operational, Digital and People & Change solutions for clients within the Defence, Infrastructure and Public sectors. My role involves applying my expertise to analyse complex problems, generate innovative ideas and implement effective strategies. I earned my Master of Engineering in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Cambridge, where I developed a strong foundation in mathematics, engineering, and technology. I applied these skills as a Turbine Sub Systems Engineer at Rolls-Royce to simulate the performance and efficiency variation of Trent gas turbines. I am passionate about solving the most challenging and impactful problems that make a difference to both individuals and organisations.
