About Kianna Baird

Customer-focused professional with a diverse background spanning social media management, retail leadership, and customer service. I bring over 4 of experience helping brands build meaningful relationships with their audiences—whether that’s through dynamic online engagement, in-store experiences, or direct customer support. In my current role as a Customer Service Representative and Mentor, I support both customers and colleagues by delivering personalized solutions and fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth. I thrive on solving problems, guiding others, and creating positive experiences that drive loyalty and trust. Previously, as a Social Media Manager, I developed and executed content strategies that increased engagement and brand awareness across multiple platforms. My time as a Retail Manager further sharpened my ability to lead teams, drive sales, and create seamless customer journeys from the sales floor to the checkout counter. I’m passionate about communication, mentorship, and using both data and empathy to make informed decisions. Always looking to grow, collaborate, and contribute to teams where people and customer experience come first. Let’s connect!
