I have always been a detail-orientated person who also can take a step back and see the big picture. This has served me well throughout my career where I’m able to analyze and focus on the specific details while also being able to identify broader patterns and trends. As a seasoned Healthcare Privacy Analyst, I have utilized these skills to successfully conduct comprehensive privacy risk assessments and develop and implement effective policies and procedures. In my current role at Health, I have effectively identified potential privacy risks and vulnerabilities in healthcare systems and processes and implemented policies and procedures that have successfully safeguarded patient information. Despite being relatively new to data analysis, I have nearly a decade of experience in creating training programs for healthcare employees on operations, policies, procedures, and systems. This experience has enabled me to lead cross-functional teams, ensuring compliance with privacy regulations and standards, and resulting in successful internal and external audits. I am currently pursuing a privacy certification to enhance my expertise in data analysis, which, combined with my skill in developing remediation plans, makes me well-suited to tackle complex business challenges in healthcare. I have experience creating and executing incident response plans, ensuring quick and effective management of privacy incidents. My ability to analyze and interpret intricate privacy regulations and standards has been essential to my success in my role.
