About Kiara Seale

Hello, my name is Kiara Seale. I am a product development coordinator at Innovative Designs where I manage the lifecycle of stationery and kids craft products from concept to commercialization. In that role, I have worked on huge projects such as developing stationery items for Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade. I have also taken on the additional role of beginning content creation for Innovative Designs, creating brand awareness and thus promoting the items we produce. I am actively pursuing my master’s degree in Global Strategic Communications with an expected graduation date of August 2025. My ultimate career goal is to become a creative director with my influences being Samantha Shefts of Cover Girl and Giovanna Battaglia Engelbert of Swarovski. My master’s degree program will ensure that I know how to develop and effectively communicate the right messages surrounding the items I produce. In my free time, I am a content creator on TikTok with the username @kiaraseale and fashion blogger on Pinterest @kikiskatwalk These hobbies allow me a creative outlet and to stay well informed on any market trends regarding content creation and global conversations involving Gen Z and millennials. My peers and colleagues would describe me as a positive team player and a great problem solver, coming up with creative solutions. I am always looking to utilize all my experiences to stimulate personal growth and share with my team as well.Although I am on track to one day becoming a creative director, I understand that sometimes the right career finds you. Job opportunities involving brand identity, editorial magazines, product development jobs in fashion or beauty industries, or even jobs regarding content creation are just a few opportunities that I would be interested in if they came my way. Please feel free to contact me by email at sealekiara8@gmail.com or send me a message on LinkedIn for any opportunities you feel I’d be right for.
