Hi, I’m Kiat. I ask “Why like that ah?” for a living and then partner with people, teams, and systems to gently (or not-so-gently) make things better. With 20 years in human-centered design and digital transformation, I’ve worked with clients across industries to navigate messiness, break silos, and co-create meaningful change. I currently lead the EPAM Southeast Asia Design team, where I primarily hold space for our designers, helping them to navigate the various tough seas they get into.
