I am a doctorally prepared nurse leader, educator, and content creator with more than 20 years of experience spanning clinical practice, healthcare policy, higher education, and remote care. My mission is simple: to empower nurses to thrive in their profession and in life by blending evidence, innovation, and faith-based resilience. Over my career, I’ve: • Coordinated nationwide telehealth care for the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs. • Shaped licensure policy with the Alabama Board of Nursing. • Led safety initiatives that reduced harm and improved outcomes across complex systems. • Developed NCLEX curricula with a 95% pass rate and mentored 100+ nursing students toward licensure and success.
