About Kidd Deborah

I help non-finance folks understand the financial processes that are needed for audit purposes. I am highly analytical, process improvement driven, and truly know how to drill down into the numbers to find root causes of issues. With my easy going personality, I excel at explaining financial findings to non-financial people. With my 15+ years in FP & A type work, I've done everything from Project finance management to the monthly closing of the books which included financial reporting. I am an expert in Capex financials, guiding projects from beginning to end plus handling annual asset reviews. Having a background in software testing greatly aids me with connecting with the business, as well as taking the UAT lead during financial system upgrades (S4 Hana as an example). In my next adventure, I look forward to continuing my passion of helping non-financial oriented colleagues understand their finances and help them find the growth opportunities for their area.
