At the Colorado Department of Health Care Policy & Financing, I led critical implementation work for Conflict-Free Case Management/Case Management Redesign impacting Home and Community Based Services (HCBS) members. I’ve developed and enforced performance metrics, designed operating procedures for cross-office collaboration, and collaborated on IT solutions to ensure compliant case documentation and improved member outcomes. I also led efforts that onboarded temporary staff to resolve grievance tickets during the PHE unwind, reducing access barriers and restoring timely care.
