I have a genuine passion for the transportation industry. From an early age, I aspired to be a transactional transportation attorney - a niche ambition that often surprised my law school classmates. Unfamiliar with the field, many assumed it would be dull and uninspiring. However, with nearly a decade of experience, I am proud to say it is anything but. The transportation industry’s critical role in the economy, intricate regulatory landscape, and relentless pursuit of innovation creates complex and diverse legal challenges, each day requiring me to address unprecedented complexities, often in urgent, high-stakes situations. This fosters a fast-paced, high-pressure work environment where I have found both fulfillment and success. Working at Scopelitis has been particularly advantageous to my professional development. Throughout my career, I have gained valuable experience in a variety of practice areas, including DOT safety, insurance, employment, litigation, class action, and bankruptcy. This array of experience has contributed to my development as a well-rounded attorney. However, my primary focus is transactional law, where I advise clients on regulatory, corporate, contractual, and tax matters.
