I am an expert in developing and enhancing strategic relationships, and contributing to the growth and development of the company. My core competencies include a deep understanding of the Group Risk Market and the associated wellbeing services and strategies that clients and advisors employ. I have a broad network of advisors and client contacts that I have fostered relationships with over the years. I also have a consultative approach to client development, data-driven solutions, and polished presentation and promotional skills. I am passionate about providing employee benefits that improve the well-being and productivity of the workforce and believe that as an industry we can shape the future wellness of our workforce. I present myself well and have excellent presentation and communication skills, and I am able to get along with a wide variety of people. I have had a great deal of experience in working with advisors and clients alike on large and SME developments and have worked on countless strategic projects to help advisors develop their client relationships. I have a natural talent for business development. Not only am I a consistent performer, but I have also recently won the largest scheme in the GLA market, and am working with some of the largest global employers.
