About Kiera Greaves

For over five years I worked at Dare Family Services and have assumed various positions while at the agency. In this time I have proven my ability to work with people from various cultures and have developed strong interpersonal skills and professional relationships with clients, foster parents, providers and collaterals. Through my work I have acquired a thorough understanding of the foster care system, family based services and the Department of Developmental Services. My responsibilities included conducting psycho-social assessments, developing and overseeing treatment plans for clients; and remaining in constant contact with providers, therapist, school personnel and medical professionals regarding the safety and well being of the clients. My strong verbal and written communication skills have been well utilized in this position, I have also demonstrated solid organizational skills in my role as clinical supervisor. At this stage of my career my goal is to continue to apply my education and experience in Social Work to Quality Assurance, Social Work Administration, or administration in a relative field including but not limited to the medical field or government administration.
