About Kiera McEneaney

As a Contract Manufacturing Executive at Refresco, the leading European bottler of soft drinks and fruit juices, I assist in managing and growing a portfolio of key accounts across the UK and Ireland. I work with customers to understand their needs, provide tailored solutions, and deliver exceptional service and quality. I leverage my skills in administration, account management, and transportation to ensure smooth and efficient operations, from order placement to delivery. I also collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, such as production, logistics, finance, and suppliers, to optimise processes, resolve issues, and enhance customer satisfaction. With a BSc in Criminal Psychology from the University of Derby, I have a strong interest in human behavior, motivation, and decision-making. I apply this knowledge to build rapport, trust, and loyalty with my customers and colleagues. I am passionate about learning, developing, and contributing to the FMCG industry.
