About Kieran Everett

I am a technically competent MEP Senior Manager and Engineer with experience of working for Main Contractors direct with the Client as well as for specialist Sub Contractors. I am proficient in the pre-construction side of the works managing consultants and also carrying out, in house, the detailed and technical design stages in line with the RIBA PoW and BSRIA BG6 stages 3 to 6. I also have a lot of experience of managing directly employed staff and Sub Contractors on complex projects up to the value of £35 million single MEP project cost on both JCT contracts and NEC3. I have worked in Residential, Commercial, Large scale testing facilities, Shopping Centres and Critical Banking and data centre environments in both new build and refurbishment environments. I have actively tried to not become pigeon holed into a single sector as I believe that the construction process is very similar across all sectors and refining the techniques to successfully run and complete projects in all these environments has made me more aware of the risks and more able to find solutions to these risks due to my wider exposure.
