As Managing Director and the third generation at the helm of our family’s manufacturing business in Amsterdam, I am committed to building on our legacy and guiding it towards its centenary, with innovation, sustainability, and a strong sense of community at its core. My journey began in music, where I embraced creativity and innovation as a DJ Producer. That passion for pushing boundaries led me to mentor aspiring artists through masterclasses at major industry events such as Amsterdam Dance Event (ADE) and the Winter Music Conference in Miami. In time, I channelled my experience into founding a marketing agency, collaborating with DJs and event promoters to merge business strategy with artistic vision. Bringing those experiences into manufacturing have shaped my approach to leadership—fostering creativity, driving innovation, and ensuring our company remains future-proof. Founded by my grandparents in 1950, our business has always stood for precision, quality, and reliability. My focus is on evolving our operations and culture to meet the demands of today while remaining true to the values that have made us strong for over seven decades. As we celebrate our 75th year, my sights are set on the future—leading our company towards its 100th anniversary and beyond. Honouring the past, embracing the present, and shaping the future.
