I am an Employee Relations Specialist with over 8 years of experiencing in Employment Law and Employee Relations through various different roles and I am a Qualified Employment Law Solicitor in England and Wales. I specialise in advising on complex employee relations cases and identifying interventions to reduce risk and prevent future ER cases, developing ER/LR Strategy, negotiating and building relationships with unions, driving a positive and diverse culture and legal compliance through policy development and employee voice, strategic capability building in People Management, Managing complex restructures and TUPE cases, conflict resolution and mediation, and coaching. My work covers the entirety of the UK, including Scotland and Northern Ireland, and the Republic of Ireland. Prior to my career in the Employee Relations and Employment Law, I managed a medium sized team, and during my legal career have managed a small team.
