About Kieran Spain

I am a 23 year old recent graduate business student at TUS. I graduated with a first class honors degree. I am an enthusiastic and hard-working individual who pushes myself to complete any task as quickly and as efficiently as possible. I am extremely interested in anything Human Resource related. I have great communication and customer service skills from my time spent working in hospitality. I completed an eight month college placement as a HR intern and learned valuable information into the every day role of a HR manager. I am currently working in the Human Resources sector in The Lunch Bag. I oversee 180 employee's daily helping with employee relations of these staff. I also undertake tasks in recruitment & selection, training and development, employee engagement, administration and handle some disciplinary actions. I am very used to working as part of a team in a very fast paced working environment. I am also very interested in sport especially soccer. I have been playing soccer since I was 6 years old for my local team. Playing soccer has improved my team-work skills. I also coached the youths team for my club which helped me understand the role of a leader of a team.
