About Kiersten Berentsen
My career has given me the opportunity to work with some amazing animals. I have trained horses for competitions, film shoots and parades. I also managed my family’s small horse farm. Once I received my B.A. in Psychology I began marine mammal training. I’ve been able to work with orcas, bottlenose dolphins and California sea lions. I perform daily husbandry and training sessions with these animals. One of the many highlights of my job is that I get to speak with guests about these animals and conservation. Teaching others about these incredible animals is definitely a passion of mine.
