About Kiersten Evers

Passionate, ambitious, and driven with a desire to create a better tomorrow for future generations are just a few words that describe me. I enjoy working with others to make my community better and I have discovered that my leadership skills, critical thinking abilities, and talent for strong problem-solving are perfectly suited for a career in human services, community services, and programs that improve the life of others. My friends, professors, and supervisors would tell you that I am a self-motived individual with excellent organizational, team-building, and leadership skills. And, I have applied a friendly, outgoing personality, a progressive-minded attitude, and ability to learn new responsibilities quickly as a way to help those in need while serving as a CSUS Teaching Assistant, Respite Worker with United Cerebral Palsy, and Volunteer with the Sacramento Food Bank. This has become a driving force in starting my career with an organization whose mission is to help people throughout our community succeed. In addition to a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science, I thrive on new work challenges.
