About Kiersten Miller

Hospitality professional with a strong foundation in Business Administration. As a current student of Kent State University in the Hospitality Management program with an Associate's Degree in Business from Stark State College, I have a diverse background and years of experience in the hospitality industry. I have had the opportunity to develop my skills starting at Acme Supermarket where I worked as a cashier and customer service manager, working to ensure customer satisfaction while demonstrating efficient problem solving. Additionally, my time as hostess and server at Jerzee's Sports Grille allowed me to further enhance my ability to thrive in fast paced environments centered around customer interaction. I currently work as a manager at Personal Touch Car Wash, where my leadership skills are used to oversee daily operations, manage staff, and optimize efficiency to aid the daily success of the business. I am prepared and eager for the opportunity to provide guests with memorable experiences, and to contribute to the growth and success of any organization I am a part of, and I am confident in my ability to apply my skill set to make a positive impact in the hospitality industry.
