I love helping people develop their skills, designing learning systems that make work more meaningful, and creating structure that empowers others to perform at their best. With over 15 years of experience in operations, training, and staff development, I specialize in turning complex processes into clear, effective learning experiences. As an Operations & Training Manager at National Capitol Contracting, I’m currently working toward leading large-scale initiatives for our NIH Events Management program and team—building the foundation through training programs, certification tracking systems, and process improvement efforts that strengthen performance across multiple locations. Previously, at the U.S. Institute of Peace, I managed cross-functional projects and training programs that enhanced collaboration, compliance, and service quality. My early background in hospitality and events shaped my commitment to service excellence, communication, and process improvement. Now, I’m expanding my expertise into Project and Program Management, combining my operational foundation with a growing focus on Learning & Development, Workforce Engagement, and Staff Mentorship. I’m currently completing the Google Project Management Certificate and pursuing advanced credentials to continue evolving as a leader who connects people, systems, and purpose.
