About Kiesha C.

I am a high-performing Operational Strategist with a strong track record of positioning startup CEOs to rapidly scale their business to 7-figures. My background in account management has helped me to build an incredible foundation in understanding and meeting customer needs, and my natural tendency for high-efficiency operations has allowed me to develop systems to guide teams to effectively meet those needs. I feel incredibly grateful to have built a career doing work about which I am passionate. I am at my best when my colleagues are experiencing operational pain points and I am called upon to identify the root cause of those issues, design a solution, and implement it to improve their lives. It’s incredibly rewarding work to help the people around me better achieve their goals. I love doing the same for the clients I serve. This is why, after 12 years as an Account Manager/Executive, I still like to maintain a high degree of client interaction in my operational leadership roles. Outside of work, I am a very wellness-oriented person. I am a comprehensively trained certified Pilates instructor, Reiki Master, certified in Nikki Novo's Soul Reading Method and I am currently pursuing an Integrative Health Coaching certificate as well with Dr. Keesha Ewers.
