About Kiesha Lamb

Kiesha Lamb is an educator, an artist, a thought partner, and a transformational leader who promotes equity in its truest form. She has a B.A. in Educational Equity and the Arts with over fifteen years of implementing equity theory into practice. In addition to being a Creative, Kiesha began her career as one of the lowest-paid public service employees within schools, non-profits, and across racially and linguistically diverse communities. Over the years, she has designed and copyrighted equity based curriculum and frameworks, partnered with hesitant and eager clients, and facilitated, coached, and led transformational change within organizations of varied sizes towards their equity goals. Kiesha champions collective responsibility amongst learners and leaders of all ages, position titles, and backgrounds. She takes pride in being able to adapt to the needs of different learning environments, from under classroom tables, within community based settings, from the front of conference rooms and lecture halls, and across virtual platforms. Kiesha has navigated her career with humility and confidence from the support of mentors and her Ancestors.
