About Kiki Kuiper

Studying at a university because you felt like you had to: I did it. And I'm glad I did, because not only did it show me I finish what I start, it showed me that no matter what, I work to get good results. I found my passion for sustainability in the first year of my MSc Animal Science, which has led to my second MSc degree Aquaculture & Marine Resource Management. I want to be a part of transitioning this world into a better one. I'm a teamplayer and enjoy debating about ideas and solutions. Within a team, I feel comfortable taking the lead and keeping track of what needs to be done. I'm focussed on results, but I value the process the team goes through just as much. I'm not afraid to ask questions, spit out ideas and expand my horizon. Doing a MSc thesis in Zambia has taught me that regardless of how challenging an environment may be, I'm good with time management as well as delivering quality products. It has also shown me how much I love travelling, and working with people of various cultures. All-in-all, I'm hard-working, efficient, aim to get good results, and I want to bring these qualities to a company that works to provide solutions for a better world.
