About Kiki Saunders

I am a recent graduate from Cal State University Long Beach, with a Masters of Science in Exercise Science. I now work as an Exercise Physiologist at Sharp Grossmont in thier Cardiac Rehabilitation Department. I am passionate about advocating for a healthy lifestyle and educating the public on how to get fit and healthy. I particularly enjoy learning information and gaining new skills that will help me later in the health field, such as, preventing injury, rehabilitation, and improving overall health. I have experience in patient assessment and education regarding the goals of cardiac treatments. As well as possess knowledge in creating and implementing exercise prescriptions for the older adult population. I am actively looking for opportunities where I can learn specific skills and gain hands-on experience to further and deepen my knowledge for the subject I am so passionate about.
