After working in Animal Care for almost 15 years, the last two years demanded a hard left turn in order to keep going forward. That’s what lead me to client relations. Helping people feel good about using my company’s services and providing the highest level of care. I’m great with being able to handle issues when they arise as well. Having worked with animals, I know how important it is to have a calm and neutral demeanor when the conversation gets heated. I have discovered a new passion and I’m excited to follow where it goes! I’ve been awarded several times by the Las Vegas Chamber of Commerce for Excellent Guest Service, and I’ve been proud to represent several facilities I’ve worked for on live news broadcasts, often times with animals that wanted to steal the spotlight! Public speaking is no issue to me and being able to teach and educate people about conservation and animal behavior will always be a lifelong passion
