About Kiley Hardyman

I am an individual who is dedicated and results-driven. I have learned and enhanced my skills in team leadership, operations management, and consumer service through my hands-on work with managing a team of 50+ employees during my time in the restaurant industry. My leadership style is specifically rooted in collaboration, mentorship, and maintaining operational efficiency. As a student at Ohio Wesleyan University, majoring in Management Economics with a minor in Spanish, I am passionate about using my academic knowledge and real-world experiences to create a path to success in all of my endeavors. I enjoy solving complex problems, building effective teams, and creating positive experiences for both customers and employees, as both loyal employees and customers lead to desirable business outcomes. I am committed to excelling in every challenge I take on, whether it's within the classroom or the workplace. I look forward to beginning my career at Arrive Logistics in the Columbus, Ohio, office following graduation in May!
