Heart, integrity, community, loyalty, transparency, and a can-do mind set. These are all important to me. PHILOSOPHY Almost the entirety of my professional experience has been in customer service and administrative duties. Although there have been many great skills learned throughout the years, the skill I appreciate the most is knowing the importance of relationships with other people. I’ve had enough of the good and bad to understand this truth: if people are struggling to get along and resolve conflicts, the organization as a whole will be less productive—and I’m all about productivity. This has given me an eagerness to learn, co-create and implement the systems needed to achieve greatness. I’m looking for like-minded individuals and entities that are invested in the demands of others and supplying their demands. Don’t get complacent. If you and your business aren’t constantly growing, then you and your business are constantly declining. There’s strength in numbers. Having the perspective and approach of partnering with people has really changed the way I conduct myself in business. I truly believe I’m part of a team in the workplace whether it’s with co-workers, bosses, vendors, or customers. Without putting in the effort and tending to the relationships a team can’t function successfully.
