About Kiley Roberson

I currently serve as the Chief Operating Officer for the Tulsa City-County Library (TCCL) system. TCCL is comprised of 24 public locations, two non-public locations and serves a population of roughly community members. As Chief Operating Officer, my main responsibility is to develop the overall operational strategy for TCCL, manage tactical objectives and plan the deployment of resources in achieving the Library’s vision. In this role I also serve as a member of the Library’s executive team and am responsible for communicating and implementing the organization’s operations strategy internally and externally so that all stakeholders understand the system-wide strategic plan and how it carries out the library's goals. I also work to develop and cultivate partnerships and strategic alliances external to the organization and manage the strategy and execution of the Library’s brand and reputation. I directly lead a team of five and indirectly lead 370 employees and management staff responsible for system-wide public services, product management and public relations.
