About Kiley Schultz

Kiley Schultz is a board-certified Physician Assistant who has spent the last 12 years in Emergency Medicine serving in a high-acuity community hospital and trauma center. Born and raised in West Virginia, she graduated Dean’s List from California University of Pennsylvania before beginning post-baccalaureate studies at the University of Pittsburgh. She went on to earn her Master degree in Physician Assistant Studies from Marywood University where she graduated magna cum laude. Kiley’s daily patient care is driven by her sincere passion for helping others; a passion grounded in her commitment to integrity and ethical practice. In addition, Kiley operates within a large national group, US Acute Care Solutions (USACS), as a Lead Advanced Practice Provider (APP). Her responsibilities include building a team of high-performing, reliable Advanced Practice Provider (APP) clinicians and providing leadership and performance coaching. Her biggest satisfaction comes from empowering fellow APP clinicians to be the best that they can be. Notably, she was chosen as “top pick,” among APP students as a clinical preceptor. Her knack for teaching, inspiring and providing career support is crucial in the development of her students. Outside of medicine, Kiley can be found catching up with friends over coffee, snuggling her rescue pitbull and spending time with family. She is a fitness enthusiast, explorer of new places and lover of the great outdoors. Her most satisfying fitness achievement comes from finishing 24th out of 770 participants in the brutal 35.7 mile Rachel Carson Trail challenge.
