As a Senior AGM at Aliaxis, I lead the sales and marketing of water treatment and piping solutions for industrial, institutional, and infra segments in India. I have more than 13 years of experience in multinational and leading Indian organizations that manufacture and provide fire safety, leak gas detection, safety equipment, and lab water purification systems. My core competencies include complete P&L management, market development, team management, team recruiting, basic engineering, user requirement specification, procurement management, tender preparation, planning and scheduling, and dealer and distribution network development. I am passionate about delivering high-quality and innovative solutions that meet the needs and expectations of our customers and stakeholders. I am currently pursuing an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management Kashipur to enhance my skills and knowledge in corporate strategy and leadership.
