About Killian Collins

As a highly accomplished and experienced professional, I bring a diverse skill set to the table that includes project management, manufacturing engineering, and safety management. My career began in the US Army, where I developed strong leadership and organizational skills that have served me well in subsequent roles. After my time in the military, I worked as a project manager and manufacturing engineer at Andersen Windows and Doors, where I gained valuable experience in managing complex projects and ensuring quality control. Later, I joined Federal Industries as a manufacturing engineer, facility and safety manager, where I continued to grow and expand my skill set. Currently, I serve as the EHS & Training Manager for SubZero Group, where I am responsible for ensuring a safe and healthy work environment for all employees. I hold a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from UW Platteville and a Master's degree in Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. With this education and experience, I am well-equipped to drive positive change and deliver exceptional results in any manufacturing or safety-related role.
