Killian has over twelve years of experience in building services consultancy across a diverse range of projects and sectors. His design background lies in the Mechanical Engineering discipline. His specialist areas include health, high rise, commercial, data centres and education. Killian’s project involvement, specifically with unique and complex mechanical services systems has given him exposure to a variety of specialist systems, including the implementation of the very latest in design technologies. Since working in Australia, he has been exposed to the Green Star process for which he has successfully achieved a 6-Star Office Green Star rating on two separate projects with a 5-Star Green Star rating submissions presently pending. In his time as a Building Services Consultant, Killian’s outgoing personality and effective communication skills has allowed him to develop strong professional relationships with clients, architects, project managers, engineers and contractors alike. He has strong technical skills combined with an ability to understand complex concepts as well as fine project details to deliver projects to the satisfaction of the clients and end-users of the building.
