About Kilty Devine

I am currently employed at Lake Tahoe Unified School District as a Payroll Specialist. I am responsible for managing payroll, attendance and leaves of absence for the school district. I truly enjoy my position and it aligns with my strengths and values. In addition, I am the Chief Financial Officer for my husband's vacation rental business. This includes developing budgets, setting financial goals and producing financial summaries. I am a strong, loyal and organized employee. I have an extreme attention to detail (which is very helpful in payroll). I have a strong work ethic and am dedicated to everything I do. I am innovative and always looking for ways to streamline processes. I returned back to school this spring and earned a Master's in Business Administration. I was looking to broaden my scope and knowledge in the business world. This was a challenging program and have gained so many tools to be successful in my career. My most important job in the world is mom to two growing teenagers. While their dependence on me lessens each and every day, being their mom is still my most important job. I live in beautiful, South Lake Tahoe, CA. It one of the most magical and beautiful places in the world. I enjoy all the outdoor activities that Tahoe has to offer. I am so thankful that I am able to mountain bike, ski, boat, surf, hike, and swim, in one of the most beautiful locations.
