Early 2013 I had made the decision to apply and transition to Claims as a Claims Processor II to learn more about the process. I spent 3 years learning all I could and promoting to Claims Processor Wanting to extend my knowledge, I applied to Financial Operations for the SMB Winflex team. I have spent over 3 years learning and using that knowledge to train others on the system. Now I am looking forward to expanding my knowledge as new opportunities become available.
