About Kim Barger

Never met a program I didn't like. I focus on the customer and stakeholders and drive for efficiency an satisfaction while aligning to organization priorities. I've been able to lead multiple cross-function team members to support programs and produce actionable results. I have plenty of experience with adapting and responding to change. I have learned that both professionally and personally, I am an effective written and verbal communicator. I know how to read the room, and leverage program sponsors and executive management. I have worked on program awareness campaigns, developing content and web pages, I have held training and lessons learned sessions. I am calm, cool and collected under pressure and I continue to educate, and focus on being the best person I can be. I'll take a little risk, but like big rewards.
