I am an energetic, ambitious person who has developed a mature and responsible approach to any task that I undertake. As a experienced manager with twenty two years of experience in the administrative field within the Public Sector I have demonstrated excellent administration skills, time management ability & IT literacy while ensuring compliance with health & safety policies. Working within tight deadlines on different projects has enabled me to develop excellent leadership skills as well as managing a team. effectively. Im able to communicate concisely and build strong working relationships both internally & externally whilst using my own initiative when required. More recently I have become a Freedom to Speak Up Champion working closely with Solent NHS Trust's FTSU Guardian. Please note the first position shows a variety of posts for Solent, however the Trusts were known as East Hampshire, Portsmouth City PCTs and Portsmouth NHS Healthcare Trust which no longer in existence due to organisational changes.
