About Kim Biederman

Over my 15 + year career, I have worked in executive leadership in non-profit, professional organizations and government environments. My diverse career has provided me with the opportunity to wear many hats. I have gained experience managing large and small teams, creating marketing and social media strategies and execution of a number of successful events. I pride myself on being an innovative thinker, engaging presenter, organized and being a strong cross functional partner. These strengths have allowed me to transform "failing" organizations into thriving entities that still have their doors open today. I used my ability to managing marketing and communications, provide organizations with an established web presence, sponsorship opportunities and a strong focus on strategic planning to achieve financial and membership success for the organization. The most rewarding part of my work is knowing that I am making a difference in people's lives. Whether I am helping someone to learn a new skill, developing a new product, helping businesses flourish or solving a personal problem it is incredibly gratifying to know that my work has had a positive impact.
