Acting director of Strategic Platform & Enterprise Release Support organization. My teams act as advocates for business by driving innovative and realistic technology solutions for Aetna's Claim Adjudication System (ACAS) and legacy Coventry IDX claim platforms that align to Aetna's strategic direction. Through cohesive project facilitation, planning, collaboration, analysis and guidance, my team is committed to ensuring that technology solutions achieve the expected business benefit or result. The team is also responsible for planning and implementing system and business processes that drive increased automatic claim adjudication on ACAS. Lastly, the legacy Coventry IDX & MCPS Centralized Testing Department provides comprehensive testing of Provider contracts to improve the accuracy of provider demographics and contract loads in support of Aetna’s values and operational goals.
